Profile of the Institute of Islamic Religion (IAI) Khozinatul Ulum Blora

IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora was founded in 2007 with the Decree on the Establishment of Higher Education: DJ.I/220.D/2007. This college is under the auspices of the Khozinatul Ulum Al-Amien Blora Foundation Ahlusunnah wal jamaah

History

Originally named Ushuluddin College of Science (KNOW) Khozinatul Ulum Blora with the Tafsir Hadith study program. Based on campus development plans, STIU turned into an Islamic Religious College (STAI) with SK Name Change: DJ.I/1260/2011. The name change to STAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora has consequences for campus development, including the addition of new study programs. And at this time of year 2019 STAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora has opened 8 Study Program, that is:

1). Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Program (IAT)
2). Hadith Science Study Program (ISLAND)
3). Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD)
4). Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI)
5). Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI)
6). Sharia Economics Study Program (ES)
7). Sharia Economic Banking Study Program (PS)
8). Sharia Business Management Study Program (MBS)

In the year of 2011 STAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora succeeded in getting the accredited title from BAN-PT, with SK number. 019/BAN-PT/AK-XIV/S1/VIII/2011. As for the year 2018 The Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science study program received an accredited grade of B from BAN-PT, with SK number 1741/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/VII/2018.

In the year of 2022, STAI Khozinatulu Ulum Blora changed its form to the Islamic Institute (IAI) Khozinatul Ulum Blora with SK number. 1334 year 2022. Thus, IAI Khozinatul Ulum became the first Institute in Blora Regency.

Apart from carrying out regular lecture activities that strengthen student competencies, IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora also opened extra campus classes which have received appreciation and awards from several groups at both district and provincial levels., like the School of Democracy, Environmental Schools and Holidays in Islamic Boarding Schools. The simplicity of IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora does not hinder the creativity of the academic community within it, So it is not surprising that IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora graduates are immediately absorbed into society. Most IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora graduates work in the education sector, both civil servants and non-PNS, although there are also those who work in other fields.

The objectives are as follows:

Producing research in the scientific field of Islamic Religion which is superior in the field of the Al-Quran based on Islamic boarding school values, and publish the results of the study in book form, printed and online versions of national and international journals as well as scientific meetings
  3. Producing superior community service activities in the field of Al-Quran based on Islamic boarding school values
  4. Produce collaboration with other universities, Government, and educational institutions in the field of Al-Quran and superior research based on Islamic boarding school values

Strategy:

  1. Has lecturers with doctoral qualifications 40% and occupied the position of Head Lecturer or Head Teacher 30%
  2. The lecture and research process is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as extracurricular and laboratory activities 50% oriented towards scientific and technological development based on Islamic boarding school values
