IAIKUPers- Language Development Management is a systematic process for improving individual or group language skills. This process includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of language programs aimed at improving language skills.
In an increasingly connected world, Good language skills are very important for cross-cultural interactions. Many job sectors require adequate mastery of a foreign language. Besides that, learning a new language also opens up access to a wider variety of cultures and perspectives.

The IAIKU Blora P2B Team is led by the IAIKU Blora P2B Director, Hj. Mil'ul Hana, M.Pd., accompanied by the P2B Secretary, Naila Intania, M.Pd., and Administrative Staff, M. Hasnan Habib, BA, held an audience and learned about the management of the language development center with the IAIN Kudus Language UPT Team represented by the Head of the Language UPT, Dr. Muhammad Avin Alfian, M.Pd., Muhammad Arif Al Hakim (UPT Language Assistant Lecturer), and Fadlur Rozaq, S.E. (UPT Language Staff).
In the meeting, Head of Language UPT IAIN Kudus, Dr. Muhammad Avin Alfian, M.Pd., expressed his willingness to share experiences in managing a language development center. According to him, Language development is very important for students and the general public, especially for those who plan to continue their studies to a higher level or even abroad, which of course requires adequate foreign language skills.
He also explained some of the main programs carried out by the IAIN Kudus Language Development Center in the year 2024, yaitu Placement Test, Language Course Program, and Translation Program. For years 2025, UPT Bahasa IAIN Kudus plans to implement several new programs, including IPR Registration for the Standard Arabic Language Test and benchmarking activities at the LBI FIB University of Indonesia.
From this coaching, It is hoped that the IAIKU Blora P2B Team can study and implement effective language development programs in the IAIKU Blora environment.
