Inspirational Discussion Febi IAIKU BLORA, Owner Geprek SA : Foster an entrepreneurial spirit with unlimited creativity

IAIKUPers- Thursday (20 March 2025) Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora held a discussion and iftar event which took place lively at the campus auditorium.

This event carries the theme “Successful entrepreneur: Unlimited creativity,” who presented Mohammad Didik Bagus Efendi, S.Pd., The owner of Geprek Sako as the main resource person. Also present on the occasion h. Agus Susanto, Lc., M.Ag., Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, H. Ahmad Mubadilah, M.Ag. Head of MBS Study Program, Muhammad Zainal Abidin, M.Pd., Secretary of Sharia Economics Study Program; as well as the Nafi'ah Rohmatun, M.E., Chairperson of the Sharia Banking Study Program with all Febi students.

This activity is not only a place to break the fast together, but also as a means of sharing knowledge and experience about the world of entrepreneurship, as well as the importance of creativity in achieving success in the digital age.

In his speech, H. Agus Susanto, Lc., M.Ag., convey the importance of creativity in the world of entrepreneurship which is the key to success. He stressed that entrepreneurship is not just a matter of producing innovative products or services, but also found a solution to the challenges that exist.

"As a Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, We are committed to developing students' abilities and knowledge, not only in business terms, but also in forming ethical entrepreneurs, Competitive, and make a positive contribution to the community,"Said h. Agus Susanto.

Meanwhile, Mohammad educate nice, S.Pd., who is the owner of Geprek Sako, Sharing his inspirational story about how he succeeded in building a culinary business in Blora, Although Blora is not a big city like Jakarta or Surabaya, He saw the potential of the market that had not yet been utilized to the maximum.

With a simple idea, He opened a culinary business with a different concept from the others, And then today is growing rapidly.

"In this digital age, Creativity is the main weapon to market the product. I use social media to attract customer attention, Not only with product photos, but also creative content that can provoke curiosity and attract people to try. Although there are many challenges, especially during Pandemic, I continue to innovate and survive by utilizing food between food and improving the quality of online services,"Said Didik Bagus.

Didik also stressed that to become a successful entrepreneur, someone must dare to innovate, dare to take risks, and not afraid to fail. It hopes, Students present at this event can be inspired to build the mentality of entrepreneurs and find opportunities that are around them.

Faith of fate, Sharia Business Management Students, added that this discussion event provided important insights for students who wanted to start their careers as entrepreneurs. "With the theme raised, I feel better prepared to start my own business trip, especially in building the mentality and relations needed to become a successful entrepreneur,he said.

This event was successful in creating an atmosphere that was full of entrepreneurship, where the participants could not only learn from the direct experience of a successful entrepreneur, but also gain insights about the importance of creativity in achieving success in the business world. This discussion also strengthens the relationship between the academic community and the business world, which is expected to encourage sustainable and equitable economic development.

With a spirit “Unlimited creativity,” This event succeeded in providing inspiration for students to continue to innovate and develop their entrepreneurial potential, both in the campus environment and in the wider business world.
