Today, General Recitation of Febi IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora Second Round : Filling the holy month of Ramadan with self -reflection

Thursday (13 March 2025) Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora held a general study in order to fill the holy month of Ramadan 1446 H. This activity was carried out at the Al-Hamidah Mosque, with the aim of increasing faith and deepening religious understanding in this blessed month.

On this occasion, Ahmad Ihsan Syarifuddin, S.HUM., M.A., Lecturer of Ihaku Blora and Secretary of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) lined up as the main speaker in the second round of general recitation.

Besides that, Also present were a number of important figures at the IAKU Blora campus, Like Muhammad Zainal Abidin, M.Pd., Secretary of the Sharia Economics Study Program (ES), and Rohmatun Nafiah, M.E., Chairman of the Sharia Banking Study Program (PS). The event was also attended by IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora students.

In his presentation, Ahmad Ihsan Syarifuddin, S.HUM., M.A., invite all participants to do muhasabah (introspection) self in the holy month of Ramadan. He reminded that the month of Ramadan is the right moment to clean the heart and soul of liver diseases that can hamper our closeness with Allah SWT.

According to him, There are three liver diseases to watch out for, that is, Ujub, and riya '. “If in our hearts we still have such traits, then the month of Ramadan is the right time to improve themselves and increase the charity of worship,” he said.

Participants in general recitation look very enthusiastic to take part in this session. Although in this second round recitation the number of participants who attended were not too much, around 25 student, But the activity went very wisdom and full of familiarity. “This activity is very good, Because it really maximizes the month of Ramadan with a meaningful cult. My hope, activities like this are not only carried out during Ramadan, But it can be held regularly, both monthly and weekly,” Arif said, One of the Lecturers of Ihahu Blora, which also supports the sustainability of this activity.

This general recitation has become a form of efforts to IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora in strengthening ukhuwah Islamiyah and improving religious quality among the academic community community. Expected, activities like this can continue and benefit all students and lecturers.
