The following is the decision of the Minister of Religion (KMA) Republic of Indonesia Number 1334 Year 2022 regarding permission to change the form of the Khozinatul Ulum Blora Islamic College to become the Khozinatul Ulum Blora Islamic Institute which was established in Jakarta on 7 December 2022 by the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Yaqut Cholil Qoumas.
