Blora, 26 July 2025 - Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) Khozinatul Ulum Islamic Institute (I AM AWESOME) Blora held a Basic Advanced Course Technical Meeting (KMD) Scouts of the 131st class in collaboration with Branch Kwartir (Kwarcab) Blora Scout Movement, Located in the Fitk Hall IAIKU BLORA. This activity was attended by semester IV students from the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI), Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI), and Early Childhood Islamic Education (PIAUD).
This activity is the first step in preparation for the implementation of KMD to be implemented on 29 July to 3 August 2025 In the Cabak Campsite, Blora. Lift the theme:
“Formed the Aswaja spirit scout coach: Maintain tradition, Spread tolerance, and ready to serve for the Republic of Indonesia”
This technical meeting was attended by the committee, The ranks of coaches from Kwarcab Blora, as well as a number of educational figures and scout coaches, Including Kak Suyono, Kak Tarno, Sis Herlina, Kak ifta, Kak Pri, And Kak Muchtar is good from Pusdiklatcab Blora.
In his speech, Dean of Fitk IAIKU BLORA, Arim Irsyadulloh Albin Jaya, M.Pd., who is also the Chairman of the KMD Committee 131, asserted that this KMD was not just a ceremonial activity. “This is a strategic endeavor to shape the character of a formidable educator with a national insight and is strongly rooted in the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah (Aswaja),” he said.
Further, He said that through this KMD, students are expected to be a prospective scout coach who is not only proficient technically, but also able to be a pioneer of religious moderation and agents of change in the community.
Meanwhile, Ahmad Syaifulloh, M.Pd.I., as Deputy Rector I for Academic Affairs, added that scouting has become part of the official curriculum in all study programs under the auspices of Fitk IAIKU Blora, with weight 1 SKS. Therefore, KMD activities are mandatory for all FITK students. “This is a proof of the seriousness of the institution in integrating character education into the campus academic system,” he stressed.
During KMD, Participants will follow the total 70 Lesson hours (JP) in 17 course segment, which consists of theory, practice, assignment, and the practice of fostering. The final assessment will include pretest, posttest, activeness, assignment, and field practice. All participants who passed will get an official KMD diploma, not just a certificate.
Also conveyed by the Pusdiklatcab through the Deputy Chairperson of the Pusdik, Dr. Sutarno, S.Pd., M.Pd., that the collaboration between the KMD organization has begun from the signing of the official MoU and all participants are required to complete administrative requirements, including a degree.
This KMD activity is expected not only to produce competent coaches in the field of scouting, but also a person who has a high social spirit, Holds the values of purity, and have a spirit of serving the nation and state.
With careful preparation and full support from various parties, KMD Batch 131 Fitk IAKU Blora is ready to print a generation of quality scout coaches and integrity.
