IAIKuPers- Wednesday (10 July 2024), Representing the Chancellor of IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora, Secretary of the IAI Sharia Economics Study Program Khozinatul Ulum Blora, Muhammad Zainal Abidin M.Pd. Attend Coordination Meetings with Stakeholders in the Context of Establishing Voting Places (TPS) at a Special Location for the Election of Governor and Deputy Governor, as well as the Regent and Deputy Regent of the Year 2024. in the Blora Regency KPU meeting room.
This meeting was attended by stakeholders in Blora district, including those from campus elements, Islamic boarding school, Blora prison and hospital. The presence of these various parties shows a shared commitment to the success of fair and inclusive elections.
The event started with the opening, in his speech, Chairman of the Blora Regency KPU, Widi Nurintan Ari Kurnianto, say, “This coordination meeting is in order to continue the agenda for compiling voter lists at special locations for the 2024 regional elections,” he said.
Followed by a presentation by Heni Rina Minarti as Head of the Data and Information Planning Division, “regarding the plan to submit a TPS proposal at this particular location with a final deadline of 15 next July.” he said.
Heni in her presentation also explained about TPS in special locations including various technical and procedural aspects needed to set up TPS in special places..
This presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the importance of the involvement of all parties in realizing transparent and accountable elections, Of course the proposer must be able to facilitate starting from the voter list, location readiness, infrastructure facilities, SDM, and communication.
In his statement, M. Zainal Abidin M.Pd., Secretary of the Sharia Economics Study Program representing IAI KHOZINATUL ULUM BLORA when met by the iaikhozin.ac.id editorial team said “that we will convey the results of this coordination meeting to the leadership of IAI KHOZINATUL ULUM BLORA and then we will write to the KPU of Blora district regarding the decision to be taken by IAI KHOZINATUL ULUM BLORA regarding the proposed TPS special location.” he concluded.
