IAIKUPers- Student Executive Council (WHEN) IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora held an Ormawa Administration Training on Tuesday (11/3/2025) at the IAI Khozinatul Ulum Auditorium.
This activity raised the theme "Development and Implementation of Effective Administrative Management in Student Organizations". attended by representatives from the Student Senate (SEMA), Study Program Student Association (HMPS), and Student Activity Unit (SMEs). Each organization delegates five participants to attend this event.
As a resource person, This activity presents Nur Azizah, Demaner Dema IAIKU Period 2023/2024, who share knowledge about good and professional administrative management in student organizations. In his presentation, Nur Azizah explained the importance of administration in every organization's activities, Like a mandate, letter of notification, loan letter, and archiving accountability reports (LPJ) and other important documents.
"Every Secretary of Ormawa is required to make curriculum vitae (CV), master book, and other documents that will be used in LPJ. Besides that, Each letter made must use a different letter code, and the placement of the date can be adjusted to the length of the letter number,"Nur Azizah said in the material session.
Nur Azizah also reminded the importance of the mandate letter in every activity carried out by the organization, as well as disbursement procedures involving the president's signature, Administration (TU), and Treasurer. According to him, All letters must be printed, and archive management needs to be done in an orderly manner in order to facilitate the search for future documents.
Chairperson of the Committee and Secretary of Dema Iaiku, Hani Nuraini, said that this activity was part of the DEMA work program to harmonize administrative governance in the IAI Khozinatul Ulum Student Organizational Environment. "We hope that participants can gain useful insights and can implement them in their respective organizational activities,”Said Hani. "With the spirit of collaboration and dedication, I am sure this training is the first step towards more professional administrative management. "
Tia Dwi Aprilianti, Chairman of Dema IAIKU BLORA, Hoping this training can provide great benefits for student organizations. "Hopefully this training can be a bridge so that ORMAWA friends are more enthusiastic in organizing and so that the administration at IAI Khozinatul Ulum can be better organized,he hoped.
Meanwhile, Tsania Aulia Putri, Chairman of HMPS PGMI, added that this activity greatly helped them in improving abilities in the field of organizational administration. "This training is very useful for us in managing correspondence, Storing important archives, and understand how to become a responsible organizational secretary,he said. "We thank the those who have held this activity."
This activity was closed together to strengthen the relationship and togetherness between participants, source person, and the committee. Hopefully this activity can be a concrete step in realizing better administrative management in all student organizations at IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora.
