IAIKUPers – The atmosphere of a broken laugh was laughing on the main stage of Graha Nusantara on Monday (26/03/2025), When the stand up comedy competition was held in a series of IAIKU Festival 2025. This event is one of the most awaited entertainment and managed to attract the attention of the visitors, Starting from the students of Khozinatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, IAI Academic Civitas Khozinatul Ulum, to the general public Blora.
As much 13 Participants from various regions take part in this competition, with a maximum time limit 5 minutes for each performer. The material they brought very close to everyday life, Make the audience easily connected and dissolve in every joke that is delivered.
Not only entertaining, This event is also a place to show off local and regional comics. Two competent judges were present, namely Rio Riski Aditya Irawan, Chairman of the Indo Blora Stand Up, Dan 'Abdullah Marad, Chairman of the Indo Stand Up for the 2017-2020 period. With their experience in the world of single comedy, The judging process was tight and objective.
The final result named Guntur Rianto as champion 1, followed by Ahmad Baihaqi as the Champion 2, and Agung Tyas as champions 3. All three appear stunning with a distinctive style and fresh material that provokes laughter without stopping.
In a short interview, Agung Tyas revealed his ambition, "I want to be more advanced, Can be known in Blora. In the future I will continue to learn so that I can boast the Blora community in the field of Stand Up Comedy. "
Meanwhile, Ahmad Baihaqi who came from out of town felt proud to appear in Blora. "This is my first experience in joining the competition outside the city. I hope to be able to collaborate between Blora and Bojonegoro through Stand Up Comedy. Hopefully this will be a place for young people to work,he said.
Guntur Rianto, The first champion, feel satisfied with the achievements he achieved after two months of training. "This activity is very fun! My struggle from Bojonegoro is not in vain. I want to continue to develop and present better material in the future,”He said.
With the enthusiasm of the participants and warm responses from the audience, Stand Up Comedy Contest at IAIKU FESTIVAL 2025 prove that humor can be an educational medium as well as entertainment that unites many people. This festival is not just about competition, But also about opening creative space for the younger generation to channel talents and build across regional connections.
