IAIKU Press- Wednesday ( 31/01 /2023) In order to make all types of student activities successful during the devotional period 2024, The IAI Khozinatul Ulum Student Executive Council held a program preparation meeting in the Auditorium Room. The meeting started at 09.00 This WIB was attended by the Chairman and all the Student Executive Council administrators ( WHEN) period 2024. This activity was held to create work programs per division and provide training in creating a Work Design Framework (RAK) Guided by Lista Nur Sholihah as Chair of DEMA Period 2024. At the beginning of the meeting, Each section of DEMA members discusses the work program that will be carried out during one period . After the discussion of the work program, Meeting members have the opportunity to explain the work program and other members provide input and suggestions. The enthusiasm for the meeting became more active because each division responded to each other,criticism and suggestions for other divisions' work programs, until a truly Mature work program is produced. Apart from aiming to create a quality work program, This activity is also intended as a place for introductions between members to create familiarity and solidarity. Meanwhile, Lista Nur Sholihah, always Chair of DEMA, urges all members to continue to pay attention to applicable administrative procedures. We all certainly hope that all the work programs that have been designed by each member section of DEMA IAI Khozinatul Ulum run well.. The aim of holding this activity is to increase solidarity, and increasing member capabilities as indicators that support organizational performance. This Upgrading activity was opened by Tasila Indana Zulfa as Moderator. The first material about Organizational Management was presented by Ahmad Saiful Rizal M, Pd. As Deputy Chancellor III, he said that one of the determining factors for the success of an organization is its leader. "Leadership is a determinant of the success of an organization. The management of an organization will run well if the leaders are qualified. A leader must provide a good role model and example for each of his members, where he must be able to embrace and accompany his members.". He said. The activity was attended by Arim Irsyadulloh Alvin Jaya M.Pd. As Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education,Siti Nurkayati M.Pd. as Chair of the PAI Study Program,Artika Diannita,M.Pd.., M.Han. as Secretary of the PAI Study Program and all HMPS PAI administrators. In general, this meeting aims to disband the management and also report accountability, which of course the event runs properly without any obstacles. Presentation of accountability results reports (LPJ) carried out by the HMPS PAI IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora Management period 2023. both those that have been implemented and those that have not yet been implemented.
