Blora, 31 December 2024 — Dean of the Ushuluddin Faculty of the Khozinatul Ulum Islamic Institute (I AM AWESOME) Blora, Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Mufid, Lc., M.S.I., be a resource person at events organized by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department (DPUPR) Blora Regency. By theme “Work Ethos and Sincerity in Islamic Perspective”, Prof. Mufid delivered an in-depth presentation regarding the importance of synergy between elements within humans. In the explanation, He emphasized that humans consist of three main elements which must always be maintained in order to function optimally: physique, ruh, and reason.

“One of these elements is missing, then humans can no longer be called complete humans,"said Prof. Mufid. He detailed the nutritional requirements of each element: First, Physique: Requires healthy food and regular exercise to maintain body fitness. Second, Ruh: Requires nutrition in the form of spiritual activities such as worship, read and appreciate the Qur'an, dhikr, performing Umrah and Hajj, and get closer to the scholars. Third, Akal: Requires updates and increased insight through the latest science.

Also attending the event was Plt. Head of Blora Regency DPUPR, Nidzamuddin Al Hudda, ST., who also expressed appreciation for the material presented. According to him, The theme raised is very relevant to the needs of DPUPR employees to improve the quality of work while instilling the values ​​of sincerity in every task they carry out..

This event received high enthusiasm from all participants from ASN DPUPR Blora Regency and female employees. With an inspiring approach and based on Islamic values, Prof. Mufid was able to provide new motivation to the participants to live a work life that balances physical needs, spiritual, and intellectual.
