IAIKUPers- Head of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) IAIKU Blora held a working visit and friendly visit to the Central Java Province Bank Indonesia representative office on Thursday, 21 December 2023. The working visit was carried out with the aim of strengthening relations between the two institutions and discussing potential cooperation in various Tridharma of Higher Education activities. During this visit, attended by the Dean of FEBI IAIKU Blora, namely Mr. Agus Susanto, Lc.,M.Ag, as well as representatives from each study program. The Sharia Economics Study Program was represented by Mr. Ahmad Makki, M.H, The Sharia Banking Study Program was represented by Mr. Achmad Abdul Aziz, M.P.d, and the Sharia Business Management study program represented by Mrs. Nani Feliyani, M.H. They were greeted and received directly by the chairman of the BI Central Java representative, namely Mr. Rahmat Dwi Saputra, as well as several Department representatives, namely Mr. Didi from the Department of Economic and Monetary Policy, Ms. Mega from the Department of Sharia Economics and Finance, Mrs. Ndari from the MSME Development Department, and Mrs. Amanda from the Communications Department.
During a working visit that lasted approx 3 jam, both parties succeeded in reaching an understanding on the participation of Bank Indonesia kPw Jateng in various Tridharma activities at FEBI IAIKU Blora. Among other things, BI kPw Central Java is willing and welcomes the planned field work visit which will be carried out with FEBI IAIKU Blora students. The visit with students aims to introduce BI to students and increase their insight regarding BI as a controller of monetary policy in Indonesia. Apart from that, BI kPw Central Java is also willing to be a resource person or give public lectures to students, especially related to materials related to "Central Banking"..
During dialogue, Also discussed was the possibility for lecturers and researchers from FEBI IAIKU Blora to be involved in various research conducted by Bank Indonesia. This will provide opportunities for academics to contribute to the development and understanding of the fields of economics and finance.
This working visit and friendship is an important step in building a strong partnership between FEBI IAIKU Blora and Bank Indonesia kPw Jateng. Both are committed to mutual support and collaboration for the advancement of education, Research, and Application of Knowledge in the field of Economics as a whole.
