IAIKUPers- Monday (13 January 2025) Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) Khozinatul Ulum Islamic Institute (I AM AWESOME) Blora held an entrepreneurship workshop entitled “FEBI IAIKU Safari”. This activity aims to build an advanced and independent Indonesian society by bringing the business world closer to students at the high school level, especially in Blora Regency and its surroundings.
Workshops that have been held in several schools, such as An-Nur Seren Vocational School (District. Banjarrejo), Sultan Agung Pudak Vocational School (District. Ngawen), PGRI Blora Vocational School, and most recently at SMK PSM Randublatung on Monday, 13 January 2025, lasted for approximately three hours with high response and enthusiasm from the participants. This event is also part of Community Service (PKM) which aims to create a culture of entrepreneurship among youth.
In this activity, FEBI IAIKU Blora collaborates with Bank Mandiri Blora Branch, who also supports and motivates young people to be braver in entering the world of entrepreneurship. These two agencies collaborate to provide material that inspires and provides insight into the real world of business.
Dean of FEBI IAIKU Blora, H. And Susanto Lc., M.Ag., who was the first speaker at the event, convey the importance of real action after studying theories of the world of work. "So far, many have studied the theory, but don't have the courage to implement it yet. In the business world, after obtaining the theory, the most important thing is to take action directly to add experience and enrich insight,he said. H. Agus also emphasized the importance of values and keys in building a successful business.
Meanwhile, Mr Chandra, representative from Bank Mandiri Blora Branch, introducing the latest products from the bank, namely mobile banking services. By using mobile banking, Business transactions become easier and more efficient, helps aspiring entrepreneurs to manage their finances better.
It is hoped that the FEBI IAIKU Safari activity can provide encouragement to students and students to have a strong mentality, tough, and responsible for building the business. Besides that, This program also aims to prepare them to become successful entrepreneurs who are ready to contribute to the Indonesian economy.
FEBI IAIKU Blora, which has three study programs—Sharia Economics (ES), Sharia Business Management (MBS), and Sharia Banking (PS)—committed to producing a young generation who not only has knowledge, but also entrepreneurial skills and spirit to face global challenges.
