Demapers – Monday (16 October 2023) Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program Student Association (IAT) and Hadith Science (ILHA) IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora held an International Seminar with the theme “The Challenge of Prophetic Sunnah Studies in the Era of Globalization” on the IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora campus grounds.
This seminar was attended by Kh. Ahmad Muhammad Muharor Ali as caretaker of the Khozinatul Ulum Blora Islamic Boarding School, Kh. Ahmad Zaky Fuad. S. Th.I. M.Ag., as Chancellor of IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora, Ahmad Syaifulloh M, Pd. I as Deputy Chancellor I, Muhammad Nabil ,S, Sy,.M, Ag. Deputy Chancellor II, Ahmad Saiful Rizal M,Pd., as Deputy Chancellor III, Dr. KH. Nur Ihsan., Lc., MA., as Deputy Chancellor IV, Dr. Abdul Mufid , Lc., MA., As Dean of the Ushuluddin Faculty, Arim Irsyadulloh Albin Jaya M.Pd., always Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences & Teaching, H. Agus Susanto, Lc., M.Ag., as Dean of the Faculty of Economics & Islamic Business, all IAI Khozinatul Ulum lecturers, IMM Blora PC Representative, Al-Muhammad Cepu student, and all IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora students.
This international seminar event was opened by Anisa as MC, do not forget the reading of the holy verse of Al – The Quran recited by Muhammad Zainal Abidin, Singing the song Indonesia Raya, march and the IAI Khozinatul Ulum hymn guided by Siti Roihatul Jannah and the reading of the birthday of Al- Promise brought by UKM Hadroh Khiznaya Al- To me.
KH. Ahmad Zaki Fuad. S.Th.I., M.Ag., as Chancellor of IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora said “He is very happy this way. Alhamdulillah, on this occasion in the International Seminar we can present Sheikh Maher Ahmad Al-Hani ad-Dimasqy As-Syafi'i as a teacher at the Ibnu Abbas mosque in Syria and the halaqah of the book Turas in Khartoum Sudan. "Hopefully with this activity, we from the IAI Khozinatul Ulum Blora academic community will always be istiqomah and thirst for knowledge", he said.
Sheikh Maher Ahmad Al-Hani As-Syafi'i Ad-Dimasqy conveyed in his material, “That the authorities of ordinary Muslims think that the hadith is not the same as the Koran because it does not contain tajwid. At the beginning, the Prophet did not allow his hadiths to be written down by his companions because at that time there were companions who could not write or memorize them and the Prophet was afraid of having them written down., He cannot differentiate between what is hadith and what is Al-Quran.
After time passed, friends were finally able to differentiate between the Koran and Hadith with their sensitivity, because the recitation of the Koran is different from the hadith both in terms of its ijaz and tajwid.
Caliph Umar ordered Muhammad bin Shihab az-Zuhri to collect hadiths from hadith memorizers in the Hijaz (Madinah and Makkah) and Syria. Az-Zuhri was a great scholar from the tabiin group who was the first to record hadith. Even Muhammad al-Zuhri was nicknamed "Hammal" because he always carried a pen or writing instrument everywhere and he would always write down any events at that time with his pen.. He also gathered around 16.000 Hadith, and unusually, before narrating those hadiths, he must perform ablution first and pray the Sunnah two rak'ahs.
It is also said that friends named Jabir bin Abdullah and Abdullah bin Uwais when they traveled from the city of Medina to Syria just to listen to a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad.. From this period three hadiths emerged, including a compound one (collecting hadith without mapping these sciences) As-Sunnah (a collection of prophetic hadiths discussing the science of jurisprudence), Musnad (hadith whose history has been narrated by the prophet).” He concluded.
At the end of the presentation of the material, Sheikh Maher Ahmad l-Hani ad-Dimasqy as-Syafi'I ordered that in learning knowledge not only to find a degree/shahadah or a form of appreciation, but the science of hadith must be practiced in our daily activities, and also we as academics must be the guardians of disseminating hadith, because we are what society really needs.”
Prof. Dr. H. Mufid Lc., M.S.I., as the second speaker said, “in this global era, in today's internet era we cannot know for sure whether this hadith is strong or fake, However, we tend to take the source of the hadith without thinking long and examine it in its entirety. In his material, Prof. Mufid discussed more about "why there are so many challenges in this era of globalization, and how to overcome challenges in this era of globalization which is spreading very quickly".
Towards the end of the national seminar the atmosphere became active, enthusiasm from active students in asking questions about both materials. Finally, hit right 12.15 The event closed with the presentation of souvenirs handed over by KH. Ahmad Zaky Fuad. S.Th.I. M.Ag., to Sheikh Maher and closed with a prayer by Sheikh Maher Ahmad al-Hani as-Syafi'i ad-Dimasqy.
